My patch of underwater heaven is in Beautiful Moreton Bay and surrounding waters, including Curtin Artifical Reef, Flinders reef (Moreton Bay Marine Park), Hutchinson Shoal, Henderson's Reef, Megs Reef (Gotham City) and other amazing sites, too many to name.

Diving Papua New Guinea - Milne Bay: by Chris Bartlett; It is one of the few places left in the world where a diver can see macro critters, pelagics, and big stuff, as well as fantastic soft and hard corals. The often misused and abused adjective “pristine” is actually appropriate here, due to low fishing pressure in the area in comparison to other areas of the Coral Triangle, no dynamite fishing, and thanks to a system implemented by dive resorts whereby local reef "owners" receiving a small fee for every diver that visits "their" reef. As a result elders make sure that the reefs are not fished.

Celebrating Small Victories at Misool Eco Resort: by marit miners; It is with great pride that we announce the first official sanctions in our No Take Zone. Last week our Rangers encountered two fishing boats laying gill nets about 30 minutes north of the resort. The illegal fishermen were intercepted on a routine patrol of our 1220 sq km No-Take Zone.
