Ninja Turtle

Freshwater turtle at Babinda Boulders, Queensland, Australia. Canon 7D, 24-105mm macro lens, Sola-600 light. This would be the first photo of a turtle that I am happy with, after taking around 400 shots.

Electric Blue

A fresh water crayfish or yabbie. Lake Eacham, Queensland, Australia. I have just started to dive this lake with a max depth of 72m. At around 16m yabbies can been seen. I was amazed to see the colours. Canon 7D, Nimar housing, 17-70mm lens, Sola-600 light.

Diving Papua New Guinea - Milne Bay: by Chris Bartlett; It is one of the few places left in the world where a diver can see macro critters, pelagics, and big stuff, as well as fantastic soft and hard corals. The often misused and abused adjective “pristine” is actually appropriate here, due to low fishing pressure in the area in comparison to other areas of the Coral Triangle, no dynamite fishing, and thanks to a system implemented by dive resorts whereby local reef "owners" receiving a small fee for every diver that visits "their" reef. As a result elders make sure that the reefs are not fished.

Puerto Galera Dive Trip: by DebL; The 12th August 2006 was an exciting day for 16 holiday makers from Vision Divers as they headed off to explore the island of Mindoro in the Philippines, and in particular to dive at Puerto Galera.

Diving in paradise at Toberua, Fiji: by BecS; Our hosts greeted us warmly at the jetty. Both Kit and I were still jetlagged and slightly overwhelmed at the welcome. A small kava ceremony was given to us and after a brief tour and chat we made our way to dress for dinner.
