Baby Lion Meets Giant Clam

Baby Lion Meets Giant Clam

The only juvenile lionfish I've ever seen and he was flirting around the edge of a 1.3 metre long blue Giant Clam. I was using a Nikonos V with a removable closeup kit over a 35mm lens. Light was supplied by twin SB105 strobes. This was the last frame on the roll and was taken on snorkel in Turtle Bay on 3rd Sister, Tongue Reef off Cairns, QLD. Shot is upside down. Estuary Catfish

Estuary Catfish

This Estuary Catfish is attempting to catch a crayfish for lunch, my thoughts exactly, though I thought it best not to fight over it though.
